The complex is abandoned by the American army in 1997 on the outskirts of Berlin. While the city decides which heritage protection regime to apply to this cold war infrastructure, numerous festivals and artistic interventions take place in the complex. In this context, the intervention is carried out on the east façade, making it visible from the city, and aims to imagine the tower as an organic element that does not forget its artificial nature and integrates it into the landscape of which it is already an unavoidable part.
